We are a community of facilitators, trainers, meeting designers, and organization development consultants connecting with each other for the purpose of creating better meeting experiences for our clients, and for improving our own practices.

Small group facilitation is a craft - a specialized combination of art and science. Here we get to practice both. We practice total immersion in our experiences. We invite you to jump in with both feet and play with us. Think of this as your practice mat.
We intend for this place to become a great place to practice our craft. He will have the opportunity to try out ideas in a safe place, practice skills, and receive feedback from our colleagues.
The Benefits of Membership
Joining gets you some new cool friends right away. Like many of our other experiences, we ask you to totally immerse yourself. Take the leap and join as a monthly member. If you like being a member you can change your membership to the yearly option. It's easier for us and you get a free month. You can cancel your membership at any time.
As a new member, you can add comments, questions, and ideas. You also view the posts from other members. You can chat with other members and participate in any of the weekly “Show Us Your Moves.” sessions. Members can also participate in our live streaming sessions each month. New members can also attend and share meeting designs and ideas in our Design Clinics.
You can visit us at any time. We invite you to add your own comments, share your designs, and give healthy feedback to your colleagues. Think of this space as a special place where we can explore our craft, take risks with our ideas, practice with new technologies, receive feedback safely, learn new skills, and grow our practices.
